RTOS/CC2640R2F: How do I measure the power supply voltage?

I'm working with this device and I want to know if it is possible to measure the voltage of the power supply with the RTOS commands and how.

I suppose you can use ADC to measure voltage. You can refer to ADC example at dev.ti.com/.../

Thanks for the answer, but I don't have the free pins to mesure with adc, I think that there is a way to mesure the supply voltage that the processor is using with a simple RTOS command, I'm using a CC2640R2F for this
