I tried to use the function GPIO_clearDio and GPIO_getOutputEnableDio but is not working.

You can try to refer to GPIO pin interrupt at dev.ti.com/.../

A list of the available pin configurations can be found here in 11.10.1.2 in the TRM.

The pin can be set as a input but you can't set the input equal to a given voltage.
