SmartRF Flash Programmer doesn't run on Win 8.1 64 bit

Hi,

i can't run SmartRF Flash Programmer, it shows:

I tried with administrator rights, it's same.

My system:

OS Win 8.1 64bit

CCDebuger install fully sucsesfull

Can anybody help me???

thanks. I have reported that to our tools team. Which version are you using? 1.7.5?

Please note that SmartRF Flasher 2 has been superseded by UniFlash 4.x.

I guess the error message is something about "access violation" but to be sure, could you translate the message?

Since installation of the CCDebugger was successfully, could you share a screenshot of the Device Manager while the debugger is connected?
This is just to rule out any problem with the driver.

I'm use last version SmartRF from ti.com, SmartRF ver. 2 does not see СС Debuger, but SmartRF Studio (last version) fully defines CC Debuger and upgrade firmware it.

unfortunately I can not now make a screenshot of the driver installation, but I tried to reinstall it and reboot the OS, the result is the same.
