SMARTRF06EBK: ARM JTAG header + cables (part codes/manufacturers) & solder how?

Part Number: SMARTRF06EBK
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: CC1310

Hello. I hope a TI employee can answer my questions, because they refer to special properties of TI products.

1) I need to know the serial/product code and the manufacturer of the 20-pin ARM JTAG header in the SmartRF06 Evaluation Board. This is because I need to solder another one of this exact 20-pin (male) header also onto my own PCB.

2) Then I want to connect both 20-pin ARM JTAG headers via a ribbon (=flat) cable with 20 wire strings, that has 2 female endings. Which leads to my 2nd question: Can you please tell me the serial/product code and the manufacturer of the ribbon cable, that is being sold in a package together with the SmartRF06 Eval. Board?

I’m not quite sure, if the offered package contains a ribbon cable for the 20-pin ARM JTAG header, because in the product description (of the SmartRF06 Eval. Board) on the website there is no packaging list.

If you have trouble to determine the cable I’m talking of, I can tell you, that e.g. in the User’s Guide PDF of the SmartRF06 Eval. Board on page 28, such a cable is shown.

3) You may also tell me, if the above mentioned cable is included, when I buy a SmartRF06 Eval. Board. Or do I have to buy it seperately?

4) My next question deals with the way I have to solder the 20-pin (male) ARM JTAG header onto my own board:   Do I have to mirror the pin allocation along the longer (straight/longitudinal) axis? I’m not sure, because I don’t know if the ribbon cable internally mirrors the pin allocation or not. Maybe you can have a look on the haptic ribbon cable, find out and tell me.

Or another way to find out, is to take a look at the PCB layout of the TI SmartRF06 Battery Board. This special board, which is also shown on page 28 in the User’s Guide (see above), has its own 20-pin ARM JTAG header, which will reveal the correct pin allocation. Sadly, the PCB layout of this board is not publicly available on the TI website.

5) My last question:   Is a Micro-USB cable already included, when I buy a SmartRF06 Eval. Board? I mean, if I just buy the board. I can’t find any information on that on the TI website.

I know these questions are kind of special and feature many small details, but answering them will surely help me a lot. So thank you for your commitment.
