CC2640R2F: Which hardware debugger for MCU mounted on custom PCB (incl. JTAG)?

Part Number: CC2640R2F
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: CC2640,

Hello. I hope a TI employee can answer my questions, because they refer to special properties of the TI product CC2640 R2F (RHB version):

1) Can I flash & debug this MCU with the SmartRF06 Evaluation Board, when I have my MCU mounted onto my custom PCB and have connected the MCU and SmartRF06 Eval. Board via a 20-pin ARM JTAG header? One male 20-pin ARM JTAG header is mounted onto my custom PCB and connected with the GPIO-pins of my MCU.

2) If not, which hardware debugger shall I use for the configuration mentioned above (MCU on custom PCB with JTAG)?

3) Are all features of the SmartRF06 Eval. Board fully available in the configuration I mentioned under 1) ?

4) Which hardware debugger supports Bluetooth 4.0 and which one supports Bluetooth 5.0?

5) Which hardware debugger supports Bluetooth Low Energy in the 4.0 version and which one supports Bluetooth Low Energy in the 5.0 version?

The hardware debugger definetly has to be able to flash/install the firmware into my MCU, which is mounted onto my custom PCB.

Moreover it would be good if the debugger would support real-time debugging.

I have already read the 'BLE Getting Started and FAQ [u: 2018 Apr 27]'-website in the Bluetooth LE forum. I think the information provided on this website is too general. So you would help me a lot by answering my questions in detail and not just giving me a reference to the BLE Getting Started Page.

Thank you for your commitment.
