Hi,

TRF7962A data sheet (SLOS757E) Table 6-5. Minimum Crystal Requirements (62 pages),

There is described for the Crystal of conditions to be connected to TRF7962A.

Can I use the product of 100Ω or 120Ω?

Equivalent series resistance 50Ω or less of the product is difficult to obtain.

    Sorry for the delayed response.  The concern with higher ESR could be start up of the crystal.  The data sheet specification can be followed as a recommendation, but you could also likely use higher ESR successfully.  I recommend testing with your system to ensure proper operation.  The crystals below are readily available and tested with the TRF79xx devices.  

    Abracon ABM3-13.560MHZ-B2-T (ESR = 60ohms)

    ECS-135.600-CD-0374 (ESR = 30 ohms)

    The maximum ESR value is difficult to determine because the datasheets of the crystals only state the max ESR and not the capacitors and the inductance of the equivalent circuit.  If using a higher ESR crystal, please test with your system how much margin you have before the oscillator fails to start.  You can add a series resistor to the crystal and increase the value of the resistor until the oscillator fails to start(image attached).
