I want to ask if their is nay linux driver for RF430CL330H reader?  Does libnfc supports this RF430CL330H reader? Secondly can this be used with tag which supports NFC Tag Type 2?

    RF430CL330H and RF430CL331H are both ISO14443B / Type 4B Tag Platforms, not reader ICs
    The TRF7970/64 and the TRF7960A and related family members are reader ICs you would use for the Type 2 tag. 


    linux drivers are available (not sure if they are released though) for the -331H device, for the beaglebone.

    the TRF7970A driver is in the mainline linux kernel.
