RF430FRL152H VDD2X drive strength?

Hi,

When enabling the voltage doubler via the RFPMMCTL0 register, what is the maximum drive strength of the doubler (how much load current can the doubler handle?)

If the RF430FRL15xH is powered through RF, the VDD2X current output is limited to about 150uA.

If it is powered via VDDSW it is around 1mA.

These numbers are in LPM3 mode.

Keep in mind that the device itself uses the VDD2X internally (for FRAM access) so if you have it running, this will take away from the above stated numbers.

In active mode, if FRAM is being used, the part will use some of the available VDD2X current. This has not been quantified at this point.
