Hi Support,
As of this stage, customer found & confirmed 15ea affected (total 150ea tested) , initially pill assembled facing right fail RFID reader, then our engineer changed to facing left direction, customer reader is able to read after this.
There are also parts that assemble with orientation facing right & reader test is OK
Meaning to say this batch of RFID pill, if we assemble on 1 orientation, customer reader may or may not able to read the pill info.
Do TI have similar feedback from other customers?
