Hi all,
I'm currently designing a device that will leverage RFID technology using the TRF7970A. Due to size limitations it doesn't look like I will be able to have a suitable PCB antenna on the same board as the TRF7970A. Would it be possible to extend the feed line to the antenna through a connector on the PCB? I know this will impact the impedance and therefore require me to rework the impedance matching circuit, but I wanted to first get confirmation that it's at least a possibility.
If it is possible, what requirements might there be on such a connector? Size is my most limiting factor at the moment.
