I believe that you are referring to the RF430FRL152HEVM.  

Yes it is possible to replace the thermistor.  It is R3 on the EVM (with a star next to it).  If yours is too big you could use wires as well.

It is also possible to use an external antenna.  Remove resistors R27, R31 and connect the tuned external antenna to JP1.

The SensorHub board only has digital sensors.  It is connectable to the EVM and with the RF430FRL152HEVM PC GUI temperature and light measurements can be taken.

The GUI is available at : http://www.ti.com/tool/RF430FRL152HEVM under the software section.

The EVM comes programmed with the firmware to run the different digital sensors.

R3 is a thermistor with resistance of 100kOhm at 25C.

There is thermistor on the  TIDM-RF430-TEMPSENSE, call RT1. It is NTC, 100K at 25C. Now I want to use my own sensor to replace it. How do I recalibrate the patch?  Do I need to alter the calibration factors in the firmware? Do I need to alter the calibration factors in the App(RF430FRL152H Demo)? Either way please advise how to alter the calibration factors.
