Transponder issue part#TMS37145TEAIEF

Hi,

we have issue with one of the transponder part # TMS37145TEAIEF. 

It is not getting learned with vehicle. Unable to read transponder.

Kindly support to debug this issue.

    Hello Yash,

    You mentioned 'one of the transponder parts', is this is a single part you are having an issue with, or is the TMS37145TEAIEF the only device out of various devices being tested/evaluated that this issue is occurring on?

    Can you give any other details about the system?

    Does the transponder not respond to any commands at all or is just reading an issue?

    Please give some more details because it is hard to tell what could be happening.
