RI-TRP-WR2B-30 REPLACEMENT?

Could you please confirm if & when the replacement for RI-TRP-WR2B-30 will be available. We have recently seen that the replacement for RI-TRP-DR2B-01 (RI-TRP-DR2B-40) has been released which is excellent news but we are still in need of the single page RI-TRP-WR2B-30 alternative. This has already been delayed several times over the last few years.

The recommended replacement part for the RI-TRP-WR2B-30 is the RI-TRP-DR2B-40 which you mentioned.

The RI-TRP-DR2B-40 is not the replacement for RI-TRP-WR2B-30. We were informed that TRPGA30ATGB and TRPGA30BTGB would be the replacement but this is still not confirmed.

We previously used both the RI-TRP-DR2B-30 tag and RI-TRP-WR2B-30 in different applications. One being single page and one being multipage. The RI-TRP-DR2B-30 was never an issue as the replacement was launched before you ran out of stock.

Unfortunately this was not the case for the RI-TRP-WR2B-30 which a number of people have been searching for the replacement. Your PCN 20140306000 dated 13/03/2014 showed that the replacement would be the TRPGA30ATGB which was delayed several times and so far nothing released.

Could you confirm that no other tag is being introduced as a replacement?

Hello Trevor,

Yes, no other tag is being introduced as a replacement, we do not plan anymore to release the TRPGA30ATGB.
