Hello,

We have a customer looking for the transponder files for this design. We were able to track down design files, but they appear to be the reader only (eZ430-PaLFI-V1.1_Board).

Can someone please point us in the right direction for the transponder files?

Please correct the request....I HAVE the files for the transponder which were in the ez430-PaLFI-V1.1_Board file Gave sent to me.

What I need are the equivalent files for the READER.

Hello William,

The design files for that reader board will not be made available.

Designs should be done referencing the TMS3705 schematics provided with these app notes:
Device overview w/ sample application schematic: www.ti.com/.../scba020.pdf

Hi, we are building our own smart tags using the PALFI design as the starting point. However, could you please find the exact part number for the antenna (and hopefully a source in the U.S.)? The information in the schematic and BOM is vague at best. ASAP please as we are trying to finish the design and this is the only remaining issue. By the by, the reader from th eEZ430-TMS37157 eval kit is available separately for the same price as RI-ACC-ADR2-10 in the TI store.

I asked around but couldn't find the part number for the antenna on that board. However I did come across this E2E thread and it looks to have a lot of useful information: e2e.ti.com/.../139954

Ralph...many thanks! The link was most informative, and I will be posting a related question shortly that you should be sure to read, and perhaps respond to. They missed SWRA382A which is a TI appnote on comparative testing of the NEOSID antennas.
