CC1310 doesn't work when I reset the board

Hello Team,

I am using two cc1310 evms running this example code :

I've gotten the example code working and have customized an application to transmit data.  My transmit application works properly when it's running through the debugger, but doesn't work when I reset the board.  Is there a common fix for that behavior?

When I run the uartecho demo it works correctly both when connected to the debugger and when the debug session is terminated and the board is reset.
