As I know, TIMAC 2.0 won't be released that fast.

Do I understand correctly that when I add IEEE 802.15.4g stack in SmartRF Studio for my configuration it automatically adds FHSS support?

What do you mean add IEEE 802.15.4g stack in SmartRF Studio? Actually, TI releases latest TI 15.4 Stack in SIMPLELINK-CC13X0-SDK and it supports FHSS.

As far as I understand rfWsnConcetrator & rfWsnNode examples do not include FHSS. Am I wrong?

At least, when I want to generate smartrf_settings file set, by default it does not have whitening feature, however there are several sets for using IEEE 802.15.4g

I have downloaded and installed that SDK, but when open according .h & .c files I do not see any visible changes comparing with the previous versions. Where in that project can I see information about such support?

Yes, you are correct. rfWsnConcetrator & rfWsnNode examples does not include FHSS. I couldn't understand your following questions.

Igor,

It is actually pretty complicated to implement a well functioning frequency hopping system, this is why we implemented a open standard solution based on 802.15.4g standards.

We do actually have a nice little stack called SimpliciTI, which shows how to implement a frequency hopping solution and we have released it open source :

We already worked with Simplicti. My colleague spent a year on implementing it in our board with CC1120+CC1190. We were practically ready to finish developing, but during the field test we found that the modules could not connect to each other at 15C!!! The whole year of work has been washed out. Rebuild this for CC1125 or CC1200 does not make sense. They have a lot of incompatibility with 1120. Besides, who can guarantee that these chips won't have the same behavior. BTW, even your evaluation modules with CC1120 had the same problem.
If start a new approach, only 1310/1350 makes sense.
So, the main question is: do you have working star network example with FHSS that could be used as a starting point?
Does your open standard based on 802.15.4g supports the FHSS?
What is the starting point for design?
I have no problem to design the module itself - you have a quite good app note for the HW part of it that is very good starting point. Based on that I designed modules that at normal condition beat any of the shelf ones.
Do you have a similar quality FW part appnotes for 1310/1350?
