Somewhere on this forum I think I saw mentioned that TI is working on a specific document for using the CC1310 RF section (presumably friendlier than just digesting the TRM). I can't find the post though.

Did I just make this up or is it coming?

You did not make it up, it under development. Hopefully we will have the first version out this autumn.

Yes, I am working on it. The plan is, to have a first release by end of August.

Thanks, I want to design my own receiver for LONG RANGE MODE of CC1310, but I dont know the which FEC code and code rate is used , as well as the DSSS Spread code is what, and the modulation is what ? I am wondering that can you give us a tutorial on the LONG RANGE MODE, especial the transmitter chain, so that We can decode the LONG RANGE MODE of CC1310 by our own receiver!

Hello Eric,

the SW developer's guide has been postponed until the CC13x0 SDK release. Now it's online as a Proprietary RF User's Guide and also available offline as part of the SDK. Unfortunately, the search functionality and SVG images are not working in the online version on dev.ti.com. This is currently under investigation.
