I'm using RTOS _cc13xx_2_20_00_06, in my application ,there are multi tasks ,

Do I create different watchdog instance for every task.

Hi,

no. You create only one driver instance. When you want to monitor multiple tasks, you can create a thread-safe function that kicks the watchdog only if it has been called from all monitored threads.
