We need to be compatible with https://www.threadgroup.org/

We know that there are some TI chipset that are compatible with thread stack (EX: CC2538).

But we need to know if CC1350 is.

As I know, CC1350 isn't the chip for OpenThread. CC1350 2.4G only supports BLE not IEEE 802.15.4 PHY and MAC.

No, CC2650 is not compatible with https://www.threadgroup.org/. You can consider CC2650.

Ray,

YK is correct, the lowest power Thread compatible device available today is the CC2650. The CC1350 is a dual mode device BLE+Sub1GHz, this device is not targeted for Thread compliance.
