RTOS/CC1310: RTOS Analyzer tool - RTOS object view tool- idle Error

Hello Team,

My customer is having the issue that RTOS Analyzer showing 0 records:

"I have the problem with RTOS Analyzer tool. Every time when I start the analyzer the Timestamp Freq. value is 0 and I have to use a created custom UIA configuration file (see attached analysisConfig.jpg). The Task Load, CPU Load, etc. does not show any data. I have all these analysis turned on in cfg file.

I have also noticed in RTOS object view tool - Load - Module that there is the value idleError 16.7 % (see attached file idleError.jpg).

Do you know any documentation where can I find what does the idleError mean?

This link discusses similar issue, but doesn't answer the question.

Can you look in the LoggerStopMode view to see if you have any records on the target? Can you attach the .cfg file you are using? What version of TI-RTOS or SimpleLink SDK are you using?

You need to enable the kernel's logging of the records. You also need put the kernel in flash instead of ROM (but it looks like you already did this in the .cfg). The the following to true.

BIOS.logsEnabled = true;

After enabling the BIOS.logsEnabled in the cfg file the Task Load, CPU Load and other analyzer tools work now. That is solved.

I still have the problem with Timestamp freq. parameter in Analyzer tool startup and with the value of idleError.
