CC1101-Q1: Reference design for CC1101-Q1

In that case, I'll aim to put a dedicated decoupling capacitor on each power pin. 

In the CC1101, are all of the AVDD pins internally tied together? I noticed that pins 11 and 15 (220 pF, NP0) have different values from pins 14 and 9 (10 nF, X7R):

The CC1101-Q1 obviously has more power pins, and was just wondering how the values for the CC1101 pins were chosen.

The AVDD pins are not directly connected internally, the go to different power segments on the chip.

Okay, thanks. In that case, how were the values determined for the AVDD pins on the CC1101? Just looking for an idea of what values and temperature coefficients to use for the various AVDD pins on CC1101-Q1.

Decoupling is not an exact science and the values are a bit from trial and error. Using the same value (100 nF) for all of them is a good start and use the same temp coef as in the ref design. If the spectrum contains some spurs you have to look more closely.
