Hi,

Do you have the test tool for CC1310 FCC certification? We only set TX power, TX channel, duty cycle and so on for our production with CC1310 on the full FCC certification. Thanks!

If you are not using frequency hopping, you can use the easylinkRF NeworkProcessor example, this allows a AT command interface to a host application, and offers ability to set TX power, TX channel, duty cycle is controlled by the application so you will have to do this, etc.
Easylink Network processor example is part of the CC13x0 SDK at www.ti.com/.../SIMPLELINK-CC13X0-SDK

Can use the SmartRF studio 7 tool to do the conducted items like peak power, PSD on 3KH, 6dB bandwidth, suprious emission on conduction?

With SmartRF Studio you can:
- Send a CW
- Send a modulated signal
- Send packets

For most certification tests one of these are what is required and I believe this is the case also for the tests you list. SmartRF Studio can not be used for tests that are targeting higher level features (frequency hopping etc)
