CC1310: Different modulation for sync word and payload

Do I can in cc1310 to send a sync word with Uncoded binary modulation and a payload with Manchester coded binary modulation without change in configu?

CC1310 only do manchester coding/ decoding on the payload so yes.

I've found the answer in SWCU117H : yes, it can.
Another question : I must to send my payload with the baud rate 10 kbps. What value for baud rate must I to configure : 10 or 20 kbps?

You configure the symbol rate. That means that if you program 10 ksps the rate on the air will be 10 k and the throughput will be 5 kbps.
