RTOS/CC1350: Not able to find sl_longrange patches in cc13xxware

Tool/software: TI-RTOS

I want to configure my launchxl-cc1350 board to 2.5 and 5 kbps long range modes. I configured the settings as per smartrf studio however I am not able to find the following patches in cc13xxware 

rf_patches/rf_patch_cpe_sl_longrange.h
rf_patches/rf_patch_rfe_sl_longrange.h
rf_patches/rf_patch_mce_sl_longrange.h

My Ti-RTOS version is 2.21.00.06
