I would suggest you start looking at the documentation, the examples and Simplelink academy in dev.ti.com/.../

Hello Nour,

I recommend going into the SDK(C:\ti\simplelink_cc13x2_sdk_1_XX_XX_XX) and go into the examples directory and import any of the TIRTOS based projects in the directory(C:\ti\simplelink_cc13x0_sdk_1_50_00_08\examples\rtos\CC1310_LAUNCHXL\drivers). I would recommend using one of the example projects that use the same peripheral you are going to be using or if you want to start from scratch import the "empty" project found in that directory.

Hello Nour,

The best started example code you could start with would be the easylink Rx/Tx examples and build from there.

Hello,

No, but they do run TI-RTOS and provide an easy to use API for setting up the radio to send or receive packets and take action based on the packet received.

I would suggest you to look into collector and sensor examples in TI 15.4 Stack which shows you how to send message between collector and sensor. You can download and install SIMPLELINK-CC13X0-SDK from www.ti.com/.../SIMPLELINK-CC13X0-SDK and find TI 15.4 Stack collector/sensor examples in it.
