CC1200: Poor range at 868MHz, 2-FSK, 500ksps

I've got a pair of boards with CC1200 running at 868MHz. We need to hit about 100ft with our design, yet around 70ft or so, RSSI drops to around 2 (or invalid). I've spent quite a few weeks tweaking settings and verifying settings with SmartRFStudio to no avail.

Here is a brief log of what I'm seeing

    Are you using development kits provided by TI for the testing or are you using custom hardware? If it is custom, please provide a schematic for review.

    The RSSI should be a value that goes from -100dBm to about -10dBm, there must be some scaling issue on the data you have.
