CC1310: coesistence problems

hi all

a customer of mine is facing some coesistence problems w/ CC1310 and GSM module on the same board.

Because of poor isolation between antennas he observed 20dBm burst power at CC1310 RF input.

He is going to improve it, but RF staff is not easy to handle when antennas are close to each other.

Therefore he is not sure about what isolation level is possible to achieve.

The question is: is it allowed to feed CC1310 by higher power than +10dBm if RF signal has not continuous character? (as this is mentioned as abs max in datasheet)

No, this is a absolute rating. Is it possible to position the antennas in a different angle to see if the input to the CC1310 could be reduced?

When they get 20 dBm in, how many dBm do they send with on the GSM?

thanks for the prompt reply...
they feed GSM antenna by +30dBm. SAW filter is not ultra narrow and on the edge GSM channel it gives only additional 3-6dB loss.
In next channel they have 20dB attenuation what is OK. It seems that we will have to find better SAW filter...
They just selected unit which very low ~1dB insertion loss, to ensure the best performance of CC1310. Other SAW filters typically have 3dB insertion loss, too much for them.
Of course they will try to rotate antennas and measure S21 on VNA, but it is tricky because they use metal stamped antennas assembled to PCB.

any advice is more than welcome
