Hi, we are developing a product, and want to adopt smart config.
But due to some considerations, we choose our devices which are from another vender.
I would like to ask several questions,
1. Is this allowed or not? When yes, how much should we pay for the license fee?
2. Is there any technical support from TI to apply smart config onto other devices? If yes, how much is it.
The SmartConfig technology is embedded as part of SimpleLink family internal FW.
This code is TI propriety and we do not have any model of selling it separately of SimpleLink products.
SimpleLink CC3100/CC3200 supports several provisioning methods as well as SmartConfig along with new mobile application. You are welcome to learn more about this product and the provisioning offering under: http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/CC31xx_%26_CC32xx_Provisioning
