Hi, we are developing a product, and want to adopt smart config. 

But due to some considerations, we choose our devices which are from another vender.

I would like to ask several questions,

1. Is this allowed or not?  When yes, how much should we pay for the license fee?

2. Is there any technical support from TI to apply smart config onto other devices? If yes, how much is it.
