TI Blutooth stack Integration on AM335x with latest SDK

I am trying to enable the BT on Sitara (For AM335x) SDK 3.0. I downloaded the BT addon and installed the 4.0.3.0.10.. Modified the setup-bt to reflect the tool chain and the kernel path. But when I say make from the build folder its giving following error:

../BLutopiaPM//ss1btpm/server/BTPMSRVR.c:16:19: fatal error: stdio.h : No such file or directory.

Anything else needs to be taken care of ?

- Have you verified that the Sitara Linux SDK is built successfully before attempting to compile the BluetopiaPM? If not, please do so using the top-level makefile in the AM335x SDK installation directory.

- I also want to highlight that the current dts patches for the Sitara platforms are working with SDK 02.00.02.11. Since the dts files in the SDK 03.00.00.04 does not have the same dts files for the EVMs, slight modifications to the patch are required. So, it is recommended to use the SDK 02.00.02.11 at this time.

Vihang, is this fixed now for the latest PSDK ? AM335xBluetopiaLinuxProduction-4.2.1.0.1.0 is compatible with which PSDK ?

I have AM335xBluetopiaLinuxProduction-4.2.1.0.1.0 + AM335x 03.03.00.04 SDK. I am getting the following error:

../BluetopiaPM/sample/LinuxHFRM/LinuxHFRM_AG.c:18:19: fatal error: stdio.h: No such file or directory
compilation terminated.
make: *** [obj/LinuxHFRM_AG_C.o] Error 1

The kernel is built before this.
