Linux/WL1837MOD: can WILINK module work with DaVinci Video Processor based on linux for Wifi mesh?

Hi,

I am considering using DaVinci Video Processor based on linux with WL1837MOD for wifi mesh (802.11s) implementation. Could these two work together?

Currently we use AM4376 to work with it.

Hi , DM365+WL8 : processors.wiki.ti.com/.../Using_WL18xx_with_DM365_EVM
You may refer to above link for DM368+Wl8 port. FYI - WiFi mesh is supported in latest release of WiLink8 drivers : software-dl.ti.com/.../release_notes_R8_7.html . DM365+WL8 software supports older version of WiLink8 drivers and will not support mesh . You will need to manually backport latest WiLink8 driver to DM368 sdk in case you need mesh feature.
AM43xx SDK should support WiFi mesh by default

Thanks for the info! We do need Video camera integrated soution.

Will DMVA3 support WiFi mesh or we need manually backport the driver?
