Is there any command, or other way, to get firmware binary wl18xx-fw-4.bin's version?
My current solution is reading console output when system startup, I am wondering if there is any other way to get the version.

Hello Jose,
Yes, you can get the firmware revision by using the command line utilities "string" and "grep", e.g. "strings /lib/firmware/ti-connectivity/wl18xx-fw-4.bin | grep Rev". This information can also be found here:
