We have the DRA7xx (J6) drivers posted on the web (http://www.ti.com/tool/WILINK8-GNSS-DRIVER) for Linux (3.14) and Android (Kit-kat). The customer needs to do the integration to their platform.

GNSS drivers can be ported as is to newer Android or Linux versions. However in the latest releases for Android and Linux, shared transport drivers are not up streamed. But this can be included by the customer for integration
