CC2530: Connect device to Wink Hub

Are you sure your Wink hub is on channel 11. By the way, Wink hub might block 3rd party Zigbee device to work normally on it even you can see device joins from sniffer.

I am unsure, but that's the channel I got some results. I got an Iris Smart Plug connected to the Wink hub, but I can't get my CC2530 to connect. This is strange because I was able to get the Iris plug connected to Smartthings using the clusters (fingerprint profileId: "0104", inClusters: "0000 0003 0004 0005 0006 0B04 0B05 FC03", outClusters: "0019", manufacturer: "CentraLite", model: "3210-L", deviceJoinName: "Plug"). What do you think might be the problem as to why I can't connect the CC2530 to the Wink hub?

You should use Ubiqua to log the joining process of IRIS smart plug and do it on SampleLight or SampleSwitch accordingly.

How can I do that? Could you explain the steps that I need to do?

1. Start Ubiqua to sniff
2. Start Pairing mode on Wink hub
3. Factory reset to IRIS smart plug to make it pair with Wink hub.
4. Check what packets are communicated between IRIS smart plug and hub when they pair each other.
5. Do the same steps from 1 to 4 using SampleSwitch and see what is the difference.

After testing, I am pretty sure the Wink hub and the Iris plug communicate on channel 11. Below is the file on Ubiqua.

I tried with SampelLight and below is the Ubiqua file I got. It didn't connect to the Wink hub.

I see SampleLight joins Wink hub but Wink hub doesn't do active endpoint request to SampleLight. I suspect Wink hub need som kind of mechanicsm to enable it. I suggest you to contact Wink hub to help you.

What do you mean the Wink hub doesn't do active endpoint request to SampleLight?

In the sniffer log of Whink hub and IRIS smart plug pairing process, Wink hub does active endpoint request and simple description request to IRIS smart plug. In SampleLight log, Wink hub doesn't do those two steps.
