CC1350: How can i do for contiki

You can go contiki/examples/rime folder and do "make TARGET=srf06-cc26xx BOARD=srf06/cc13xx example-abc.bin" to build binary for example-abc. For other examples, you can do similar step.

If I want to the module:uart to RF,and RF to uart. Which example is suit for me?

And  I want to change the 7x7 to 5X5,which file I must changed?

1. cc26xx-web-demo shows UART to RF example.
2. You should change board file to use 5x5 IO pins of your custom design instead of original one.

I want to create a private network,how can I do?

I still couldn't understand what you mean a private network?

I mean that the formation of an ordinary wireless network, such as meter reading system as a private network.

You can use your own specific PAN ID to form a private network.
