I attached an applications note and file with the GAIA EMI filter FGDS-2A-50 filter along with the ferrite low frequency  bead/inductor.

Either will attenuate the input reflected noise and ripple by 10-15db.

Hello, Thanks for the answer. I have attached power distribution scheme with this. I am using FGDS EMI filter to meet MIL-461 standard. The input is 15 V DC. I am using three, PTH08080W to get +5V and derive further as shown. Can you please guide me if you see any flaw in the distribution? With Gaia DC-DC converter in front of EMI filter it separates out GNDIN and GNDOUT with common mode capacitor connected between them.

I reviewed the general schematic. The schematic without the capacitors is acceptable. However, In order to better identify the  input and output capacitors for each module, can you identify each input and output capacitor by capacitance and its  respective ESR. ( Equivalent Series Resistance ) from the capacitance specification at 100kHz.
