In the previous thread where data is applied w/o a clock signal and an output is observed...
How long in time should the clock signal be applied prior to applying the data signals?
Do we have any guidance on how the data gets through the part when no clock is provided?
Can we updated the datasheets (all versions including the space version) to notify the user of this behavior?
