    Hi Shawn,

    The closest we have to LTC4353CDE  is TPS2456A. TPS2456A is a dual, 12 V, channel protection (hotswap) and blocking (ORing) controller that Immunity provides inrush control, current limiting, overload and reverse current blocking.
