I can read the data now but it does not make sense. Bit 7 of TSREF_HI and GPIO1_HI is not 1.

Can you send me the hexadecimal value that you are reading?

Bit 7 being 0 makes sense. ADC values are 2s complement and the top bit being set would indicate that the voltages are negative which wouldn't make sense for TSREF.

For example on my EVM here I read out TSREF_HI and TSREF_LO = 0x731D. Notice the top bit of TSREF_HI is not set. This value corresponds to a TSREF value of 4.9962 V.

That makes sense. Thank you. The value I read on Tsref is very accurate but the GPIOs read ~0.2 V off. I am using 159.52 uV/LSB. Do you read GPIOs accurately too?

I see the GPIOs much more accurate than that. Can you confirm if 159.52uV/LSB is a typo? It should be 152.59 uV/LSB.
