Please I want to design PoE Power device using TPS2376 for 12V output.
It's possible to do that with the TPS2376? and how I can do it ?

Hi Jordan,
HPA244EVM uses TPS2376 but with 5V/5A output. (https://www.ti.com/tool/TPS2376HEVM)
You may consider to change the secondary side (including the transformer) to a 12-V case (e.g. www.ti.com/tool/PMP11254). If you want sync FET you may consider the secondary side of www.ti.com/.../PMP8812

Please if I change the transformer, the value of the primary side components will change too?
Hi Jordan,
Thanks for your follow up.
Normally you do not need to change the primary side components.
There are PRI and AUX windings on the primary side. Make sure turns ratio of PRI:AUX is similar then no need to change the primary side components.
