Please provide the DoC for the following list of components. We're using them for a product that will be used as a medical device. Thus, the DoC is needed for FDA submission. It wasn't found on the TI website.

I don't think that'd be sufficient. I wanted a sort of document certifying/declaring these parts are tested regarding their safety. Thanks!
