I am looking for a product with a "Tracking Output" with the following input/output conditions.

I searched the LDO product page of TI HP, but I could not find it. If there is a product that I have missed, please let me know.

<Input/Output conditions>
・Vin_min<6.5V, Vin_max>25V
・Vout_min<5V, Vout_max>24V
・Iout>0.4A

Hi Nishie-san,

Sincere apologies for the delayed response. The closest device we have that matches these requirements is TPS7B4260-Q1. The output current is only rated to 300mA, however. Will this work?

I'm curious about the application as well, as typically tracking LDOs are used for off-board sensor power, ~15-20mA per sensor typical. Are you able to share more details about what the LDO will be powering and why >300mA is required in this case?
