LP8868X-Q1: Voltage Reference on OVP pin

Part Number: LP8868X-Q1

Tool/software:

Hello,

Not sure if this is the right form or not.

I am working on a boost circuit for a personal project using the LP8868, I keep running into an issue with the circuit not working. I think I may have calculated the over volt protection incorrectly as I am not 100% sure what the Vref is for the OVP pin. I have looked up and down in the datasheet and have yet to find the correct answer. Some forums online say its 5V, some say 1.24, on the datasheet the only Vref I found was 200mV which is PWN 100% and may only relate to the current sensing portion. Any help on this would be appreciated, as I am super confused as to why my circuit is not boosting to power the LEDs that I have attached to it. Can provide a schematic too if that would help any. Maybe some of my other math is wrong too, I am not 100% sure anymore. Anyways, help is always appreciated as I am learning something new and have lots of questions with no answers.

Thanks,

  David
