Wireless power pumpkin
Our TI engineers are very creative -- especially when designing things that use wireless power.
Gordon Varney, system engineer in TI's battery management group, created a pumpkin that will illuminate when placed on a Qi wireless charging station embedded into a table. Gordon used a bq51013B wireless power receiver development board and placed a copper coil at the bottom of the pumpkin.
