推断的死机事件时序

  1. [触发] LDO1/LDO2 过压事件(0x4C: INT_LDO1_2 = 0x11)
    LDO1 和 LDO2 输出均检测到过压,触发锁存中断。可能原因:负载突然甩掉、输出电容过大、外部干扰、或软件误配电压。
  2. [扩散] SOC 电源错误(0x4C: INT_FSM_ERR = 0x08, SOC_PWR_ERR_INT=1)
    LDO 过压导致 SOC Rail 出现电源错误,PFSM 判定 SOC Rail 故障。
  3. [响应] PFSM 执行断电保护序列
    PFSM 将所有关联电源 Rail 的 EN 位清零,关闭 BUCK1/5 和 LDO1-4,同时关闭各自 VMON,防止持续监控误触发更多中断。
  4. [结果] SOC 复位(0x48: MISC_CTRL.NRSTOUT_SOC = 0,ENABLE_DRV_STAT.NRSTOUT_SOC_IN = 0)
    PFSM 将 nRSTOUT_SOC 引脚拉低,通知下游 SOC 进入复位,系统死机。
