TSC2014EVM Install Procedure

To install the TSC2014EVM:

1. Go to the Installer directory, download the TSC2014EVMSWInstaller.zip to your PC.

2. Unzip the file and run setup.exe.

3. Accept the license agreement, and continue the installation.

4. Follow the instructions and prompts given.

5. When this completes, click Finish on the TSC2014EVM installer window.

6. Restart your computer. (This step may not be necessary, but is suggested as a precaution).

7. When your computer is restarted, connect the TSC2014EVM via a USB cable to the computer. Windows should recognize the new device, and "Found New Hardware Wizard" appears.

8. Select "Install from a list or specific location (Advanced)", and click on Next>.

9. Select "Don't Search. I will Choose the driver to install", and click on Next>.

10. If TSC2014EVM is inside the list of "Model", click on it to select it. you are done.

11. If it is not there, find and select NI-VISA USB Devices, 

12. select "Browse ...", find the TSC2014EVM.inf, which is included with the install and located (by default) at:

C:\Program Files\Texas Instruments\TSC2014EVM\data

13. click on and select it, and then click on "OK". 

14. Your PC should show TSC2014EVM in the "Model" list now. Click on "Next".

15. you PC should install it.

16. click on Finish to finish the correction.

17. You are done! Run the TSC2014EVM software.
