What's the cheapest solution for FOC with HALL sensor

I came across TI has reference design TIDM-1003 which is based on TMS320F28027F and without expensive driver like DVR83xxx for learning and start with TI motor solution.

I have checked this board has HALL sensor port, Throttle port, is TI C2000WARE-MOTORCONTROL-SDK support this reference design ?

thanks for your quick response, after some studies of TIDM-1003, I have few questions.

1. look like this hardware has HALL SENSOR built-in, however the example e.g. proj_TIDM_1003.c has no HALL related codes inside, how can it support HALL sensor ? 

2. inside USER.h file, look like motor parameters need to be known, how if our users don't know this parameter such as R and L values ?

3. you are suggested to use SENSOR rather than SENSOR-LESS approach for e-Bike application because of high torque zero-speed start, but this reference design seem to be for e-Bike application and I watched youtube channel that a company eTraction use TI's solution because of good SENSOR-LESS performance, does it mean for e-Bike application can use Sensor-less ? if yes, how ?

sure i will download and take a look, i just want to know how if I can enter some dummy or some universal data, customer without knowing their motor parameters, can I use function e.g. press a button on controller or mobile app command to identify motor parameter (without GUI), and then store this value for next startup ?

ok got it, but I mean the e-Traction Bus company not e-bike company Gazelle, according to e-Traction video, they use instra-SPIN sensor-less approach.
