TPS53689: Unable to configure OCF for Rail #2 in FUSION_DIGITAL_POWER_DESIGNER

We are encountering the attached error in and would appreciate your guidance on a solution.
Steps to reproduce the issue:
Launch the Designer Tool.
Select "Create new Offline system from start".
Choose "Select device from GUI support list", select "TPS53689" from the list, and click "Finish".
Open "Configure device" and add Rail #2 in the Rail Configuration.
Select Rail #2 from the tab at the top right.
Open the Protection tab, confirm that an error is occurring with OCF as shown in the attached image.
At that time, changing the OCF value causes a Fatal Error to occur. Please refer to the attached text file for details.

Hello,
You are opening the project file saved when Rail 2 is not available. Please try an online device with two rails and save the project again. Please use the newest version of Fusion GUI 7.10.11.
