I want to use both SPI interfaces of the CC2640. Beside the current SPI port 0, can I use SPI port 1?

If yes, what will be the GPIO mapping?

Hi, please take a look at our software developer's guide.
Chpater 6.2 explains where the board file locates and the board.h file includes the pin mapping.
Chapter 6.3.3 is how to set additional SPI.

In SimpleBLEPeripheral example, we have used SPI0 for LCD and you can add SPI1 for additional usage by looking up chapter 6.3.3

The SW guide section 6.3.3 is for CC2650. How about CC2640 where the GPIO pins are limited.

Is there any way to map SPI #1 to the following pins: DIO2, DIO3, DIO5, DIO6. We do not use UART at pin DIO2 and DIO3.

CC2650 and CC2640 are HW compatible so they have the same amount of GPIO if you are using the same package size. And you can use any DIO for your own setup. Please find our TRM chapter 11 for more detail information about IOs
