Hello.

I know that client must use CCCD(set 01:00) for enabled notification characteristic on server. Can I configure server that notification was enabled by default?

You can although it is not technically legal when following the spec. If you are going this route, you as well disregard the CCCD completely and just manually call GATT_Notification.

well, I am using CC2650 Dev board for my application as BLE Server (using SPP profile) and smart phone app as BLE Client. Every time I need to enable or disable to write to Client characteristic. Please let me know how can I set notification ON by default in SPP profile. What are the required modifications in profile. \

As I understand, if two devices are bonded, and if the CCCD of server was on before disconnection, when they are paired again, automatically the server will notify. Please refer to the below picture.
